Joint MessageGreetings Dear Colleagues! Once again it gives us great pleasure in providing you with an annual report on NALMA's activities. NALMA is maturing into a strong and valued organization ready to undertake challenges to support and promote efficient and effective First Nation lands management. Throughout this past year, NALMA and the regional Lands Associations have gained credible recognition within the lands management profession. Our path has led us to many partnerships and benefits. The enthusiasm and strength of NALMA is due to the commitment and dedication of the Regional Land Associations. We would like to take this opportunity to honour the members of these Associations for their hard work and continued support for NALMA. Our gratitude is also extended to Indian and Northern Affairs Canada for their continued support and we look forward to strengthening our partnership. As a young, ambitious Association, with a rapidly growing membership, we look forward to providing professional development opportunities to better equip our members in their professional positions as Lands Managers on First Nations. We encourage you to browse through this website which highlights NALMA's activities and achievements. We hope that you will take advantage of the upcoming activities NALMA plans to offer. In spirit! |
